檢測密封試驗(yàn)  

油箱密封性試驗(yàn)應(yīng)在裝配完畢后進(jìn)行。帶有可拆卸的散熱器或冷卻器時(shí)，可以在拆卸狀態(tài)下試驗(yàn)，試驗(yàn)用靜油柱法或靜氣壓法。

1.柱法
靜油柱試驗(yàn)法是在變壓器儲(chǔ)抽柜的注油孔上加裝一根高度為0.6m以上的油管，在油管頂端焊裝一個(gè)貯油桶，以備變壓器油因熱脹冷縮或繞組內(nèi)氣泡溢出作補(bǔ)充用，防止造成缺油。這樣經(jīng)24h后觀察應(yīng)無滲油現(xiàn)象。此方法一般用在160kVA以上的。

2.靜氣壓法
靜氣壓法是在箱蓋上或儲(chǔ)油柜上的通氣孔連接一個(gè)帶有氣壓表的管子，端部裝有旋塞，緩慢施以氣壓到0. 03MPa，然后將旋塞關(guān)閉，經(jīng)24h觀察，油箱各處不得發(fā)現(xiàn)有滲漏現(xiàn)象。所有氣體(空氣或惰性氣體) 是干燥的。氣壓試驗(yàn)時(shí)，應(yīng)將儲(chǔ)油柜與油箱相連通，有 氣道的要將玻璃板換成鋼板密封。一般是將儲(chǔ)油柜上吸濕器拆去.接三通接頭.將氮?dú)馄恐械獨(dú)饨?jīng)降壓表閥降壓后通入儲(chǔ)抽柜或膠囊袋中，關(guān)閉閥門，觀壓壓力表12h不顯著降低。對密封式有波紋油箱的變壓器，應(yīng)加0.025MPa壓力12h不滲漏。而按國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GBJ148-1990《變壓器驗(yàn)收規(guī)范》規(guī)定，變壓器箱蓋上加0.03MPa24h變壓器本體不滲漏，有載分接開關(guān)加0.06MPa24h不滲漏。在做密封試臉前，有時(shí)要抽真空，它們單位的相互關(guān)系。
